Excellent transportation to the Haram. Free bus every 15 mins 24/7. Otherwise taxi readily available. Rooms cleaned and serviced and a couple of excellent restaurants nearby.

It is clean the team at reception where very helpful they try his best to make my stay with my family enjoyable(rthanks to rahaf and her team at admission chapeau bas)also at the restaurant mr.haytham and his team are cooperative and present a lot of kind of food wich make my day more relaxing after taking the multi kind breakfast thanks again for Dana makkah I will repeat my stay whenever I came makka

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I can't wait to return. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The hotel is very close to the Haram, and the complimentary shuttle service was a great convenience, though I did experience some issues with the bus schedule—unfortunately, the driver didn’t always stick to the timetable. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service. The receptionist was fantastic; she checked in with me every day to ensure everything was going well and to see if I needed anything. Whenever I required extra supplies like water, coffee, tea, or towels, they were quickly provided. Overall, the comfort and hospitality were exceptional, and I will definitely book here again for my next visit to Makkah, Insha Allah.
